Well, there is not alot to say about them really considering their rating speaks for itself. But I will be adding another negative to them shortly depending on how they resolve the latest issue.
There has been an issue in the past for myself, but now another has occurred to one of my dispatched companies. Their rating alone requires COD ONLY loads, but the interesting thing about it is that they still screw those up. First off, a rush car out of FL to Dubuque, IA back in November (friday afternoon). The car was COD(due to rating obviously), from mother to son. The mother was shipping the car to her son in college. Mother verifies Monday delivery. Calls to the broker result in confirmations of Monday delivery since the receiving end is not available over the weekend. OK, that is typical since most of the time on transports. Approaching delivery, still no contact with receiver. Continue to location where nobody is home. Call broker and get the typical "we will call the customer", which results in NADA. Finally after sitting over 2 hours, a receive a text message... "I'm in class and will call after." from the receivers cell number. Come to find out, he is in Des Moines, IA in school through the week and this place is his fathers condo where he stays over the weekend. Broker becomes belligerent and uncooperative in negotiation additional distance to deliver the car and tells me its my problem... confirmed on CD for delivery date of that Monday. They say they will hit me with a negative if the customer does not take delivery that day. Go figure. Car dropped in a verified insured repo yard with collection instructions. Repo yard takes responsibility along with condition report. Contracts to accept transport payment along with storage charges and forward transport fees to me. Customer agrees. Most recent to follow.

Most recent.
Accept load for a 1977 Chevy Blazer. Transport is posted 740mi @ $400COD. Filler car, so the rate is "about right". Driver gets to pickup and its a RV conversion including approximately 3ft additional length, 1-2ft additional height, and approx 2k+/- additional weight. Call the broker and request price increase for $150(Total $550). The broker says they will contact customer and request the negotiated price since the amount will need to be paid COD. Broker returns call and modifies CD dispatch to $550 COD. Says customer understands and they have modified the dispatch. Driver then returns to load the beast(on second visit since he had another scheduled pickup). Approaching the deliver location, contact is finally made with the customer. The customer freaks out as he is expecting $300COD! Broker quoted $450 total and pre-paid a $150 deposit and said that was the last he heard from the broker other than a voicemail saying the vehicle will arrive on specified date. The broker never attempted contact with the customer! I contact broker to find out what exactly was happening, and after a few rounds of phone tag(broker sent me to voicemail quite a few times, but I hammered the phones). Broker says they kept getting voicemail for the customer and followed a clause in their transport agreement allowing them to increase charges due to improperly described vehicle! Not even bothering to leave the customer a voicemail about it. Back and forth I go with the customer. Negotiated $500COD and suggested he reverse the charge on his credit card as we will be sending a bill to him and the broker. The broker will obviously refuse the payment, but the customer is prepared to cover the charge once his credit card payment has been reversed. Broker faxed bill as well as dispatch marked "partial payment under protest". We'll see where this goes. But I'm fully prepared to cover my driver's additional cost in the case of the customer or broker flaking out, but I want you ALL to be aware of these practices. I checked my CD histories and the broker has only been posting COD loads for the past year, but still have A LOT of non- or incomplete- and late payments! You've been warned!
