Please post accounting practices that work best for your business. Any software utilized or if you use a ledger book etc. Do you use trip envelopes and how they are used? We all may pick up a few pointers!

i use quick books pro. i started back in the early 90's i think, anyway a long time ago. i finally had to upgrade this year to the 2010 version. love it. easy to use. i hand write in ledger while on the road then update the computer while at home.

quickbooks here. Used them for this biz and my last. Quickbooks links with most other biz software and banks too.
