Class A owner ops - own authority - regional or OTR - good freight (Sacramento)

We need individual class A owner operators with their own authority to pull our freight. We have a local terminal and 7000 trailers nationwide. We have lots of freight moving up and down the I-5 corridor, and northern California is one of our premier spots for contract carriers. We currently have 150 contract carriers with their own authority pulling for us. Due to increased customer demands we need 500 more contract carriers immediately. In order to help get drivers started immediately we offer $150 per day advance ($1050 per week). We offer 80% of the load plus 100% of the fuel surcharge. We offer Western 11 dry van or reefer as well as 48 states for dry van. This for Class A tractor trailer owner operators. This is not a local position. Freight prices are up as much as 9% this year with our customers and customers are adjusting their fuel surcharges to offset high fuel prices. Last week most of our loads were between $1.60 and 2.22 per mile to the truck. We offer reefer or dry van. Those who choose reefer must have reefer experience.
You must have your own authority. We accept any year model tractor. We will work with solos or fleets as large as 100 drivers or more.
Our rates are excellent and we can keep you busy. We will direct deposit into you account and you do not have to have a satellite or qualcom in your tractor. All you need is a cell phone so that we can send you loads. It is flexibile dispatch and flexible home time. You never have to take a load. If there are certain parts of the country you don't want to run in, such as the Northeast, we can keep you out of there. If you prefer to stay in the western states, we can do that for you as well.
Drivers will need to carry their own liability and cargo insurance.
We do not check background on drivers and there are no minimum hiring requirements. Drivers do not have to attend orientation. We can have you a load tomorrow or as soon as you can get us your information. We do not have an orientation.
