The new TV series AMERICAN TRUCKER premiers on SPEED Channel on February 24 at 10 p.m. EST. This is a REAL show about REAL trucks and truck drivers - so hopefully everyone will find it honest and entertaining.

I have pictures of the BJ & The Bear truck sitting on the lot at Universal Studios that I took as a child back in the 70's during a family vacation. I have actually laid my hands on that truck myself. Didn't get to see BJ or the Bear, but I was all over that truck back then!! I'll try to find the pics and scan them in some day.

Well, back to watching the show......................

I just don't know how anyone can go 5.2million miles in a cabover with no AC power steering or anything my hats off to that guy

Being a female I watch alot of those dumb a** reality shows. Reality shows are the the fakest things on TV. They may be amusing but I don't believe it for a minute.

the "reality" is , their fake ! kinda like a boob job, just bigger boobs.

was a good one tonight starting to like them KW im on my 9th year at this trucking thing but my first years i was a mini trucker! LOL!!!
things have changed thats for sure
would love to go back and drive in the early 80s for a few weeks

When i see them old trucks or cab overs they always get my attention and takes me back when i dreamed of driving one and makes me think of all the IFTA stickers on the trucks or when you use to have to buy your dot numbers from someone else the old R/R numbers ...............the good old days
