Booked a car on the 15th was told paid and ready to go p/u anytime (at auction). Went to p/u on the 18th NOT paid. The owner (Mahmoud Jrab - "Mike") was too busy to get it paid for and had no care in the world for my time or that I was sitting at the auction. Oh and the idiot answering the phone was totally useless too.
