He is a small salavage yard. IMHO, this guy needs to be shot for many reasons. I will update later.:eek::eek:

Dont do business with him unless you want a bad rating, to sit around awhile at delivery to unload 1 car, and to get less money owed.

He is a complete liar, a great theif, well.... Did I say he needs to be shot???? multiple times..:D:D

When coop booked this car he asked for $100.00 more. This idiot immediatley said ok but never sent over a revised dispatch sheet. It was getting delivered to him so coop thought it wouldn't be a problem. WRONG. Then the driver was supposed to pick up the car on the 21st. He missed copart but the dispatch sheet clearly stated "pick up within 2 days of the 21st" He incurred an another $20 in storage because the delay. Coop being the nice guy that he is said that we would pay the extra $20. We all know the storage fees have to be paid before copart will release the car. Right? Well, when the driver got to the delivery location, Rosco only wanted to pay him $430 instead of the $450 that it was dispached for. Obviosley that $100 increase flew right out the window!!! Rasco said that he only had to pay $430 since we were eating the $20. Let me add this up...$20 at copart and then deduct $20 from the payment at delivery = $40!!!! WTF. We should have never even said we would cover the $20 since we technically had within 2 days to pick up. So this little fucker gives us a neutral rating for late pick up. I can't understand a damn thing he is saying when I speak with him so I sent him an email stating that I thought this confusion was due to a communication barrier and tried explaining everything to him. I even told him that if he removed our rating that we would remove the negative that coop gave him for vehicle differnt than expected due to the POS missing a tire. This is what I got as a response:

don't be smart with me u know whart u are doing.you told me that u pay for the $20 storage produce the receipt and i live u alone or pay me. u want to give negative rating go heard mine can only change if u do the right thing .

Little does this little bastard know... He messed up my giving us a neutral for late pick up when the dispatch sheet said we had 2 more days for pick up. All it takes is a call to CD and his rating will be gone!!! As for him, he only has 4 ratings and probably isn't even smart enought to contact CD.

I have never really trusted nor liked many people. But God help me. Since we have been in this business I have really begun to hate everyone. I am not rascist but some of these forgein people we all have to deal with make me want to loose my mind. My moto has always been.. I'm not rascist I hate everyone!!! My parent always told me growing up that people are pains in the ass!!!! WOW they were right. Guess I will pass that along to my kids too...

A good rule of thumb is if their name is Sam, Mike, or Al and you can't read their last name you can count on having communication problems with them and problems as to what is right and wrong. A guy one time tried to talk me down on price as I was dropping the car off.

This is BS.......................

Ive noticed this the past 3 times when dealing with "CUSTOMER SERVICE" from central.

Complain about ratings, central removes both ratings and dont let you rate each other and end of story. They send you a nice note saying thanks pretty much.

FUKING BS.............

Rascos deserved a bad rating for not even reimbursing us on the storage/load fees.

Reason I didnt make him put 550 on dispatch sheet was it took about an hour just for him to figure out how to even dispatch it to us. Let alone the phone calls all morning just to reach the SOB.

Then the rest of the hassle and proof we have ON DOCUMENTS....... That nobody cares about.

If this is how central does things now, this is BS. That means anybody smart enough to complain about a rating will have a 100% rating, even if your the worst carrier/broker out there.

Hate to say it, but uships rating system is more appealing with there fuk'd up policy on how they do things.

CENTRAL IS DEFINATLY GETTING CORRUPT ON THERE RATING SYSTEM, and this needs to be fixed. Obviously they are way to busy with keeping up with server maintaince then providing for us carriers.

Seriously though, WTF does CD do all day??? 30 something people run this CD site, and they cant figure out a way to make the rating system more, ummmm, REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


HOW IS ANYBODY SUPPOSED TO KNOW FROM A GOOD CARRIER/BROKER TO A BAD 1???

Well if you didn't get an updated dispatch sheet I would not have picked it up, that simple.

Now regarding central and the feedback it is all BS. I don't even look at the feedback anymore because you don't know if it is good or not. All CD cares about is the $$$$ nothing else. Thats why they will let anyone on the site that is willing to pay them $$$ to be on it.
