All in one BOL and Inspection form?

Do you guys use a all in one BOL / auto inspection form that has 3 carbonless copies? Is there such a thing, and where would one get these?

I had one custom made at my local print shop. $75 for 225 of them. Works great as I have 3 copies. One for the pic, one for the drop & the original for my records. My next batch will have a few more modifications. Saves a lot of time. I will post what mine look like if you want.

You can get them made at office max, as long as you provide an original. Ours are done on our laptops and printed, if we need copies we just print additional. I carry a scanner so if need be I can scan in an original and reprint. H2o carries a printer copier scanner all in one so the process is a bit simpler, I just have had back luck with longevity in the truck with those kinds of printers.

We use kinkos. Price prolly is competitive everywhere else. You can even email them the copy, and the next day, its ready.

This is what I use. I have them made at Kinkos in 3 part carbon less printed on both sides for about .35c each.

Surprised you guys are all handwriting your BOL's, with laptops and printers why not go computer generated? Who's still handwriting there logs?
