I don't see it posted but figured I'd post my dealings with Nex-Day auto transport. Wife called about 2 weeks ago to remind them they owed us and it was late. The lady gave her the usual BS story that the accountants been out for the last two weeks and they will mail it right out. Still haven't recieved anything. I'm starting to think I want to be an accountant. They never work! LOL But anyways figured I'd post my dealings with them since they have already been metioned on here before.

Well they pay net 30, but it isn't always 30. Most recently I've been a bit nervous because their negatives fluctuate monthly, but their bond is in good standing.

i just got a load confirmation from nex-day on a load that was exactly the same as a old countrywide load that i got screwed on when they closed the doors a couple years ago. it got me suspicious so i did a little research and nex day and the old countrywide address in ladera ranch, ca are awfully close to each other. seems like countrywide might have started up under a different name? is there a way to see if its the same people running the show at nex-day? it might just be a coincidence but i would hate to see them start screwing carriers again. if they aren't connected i apologize for "stirring the pot"

I just got paid from Nex Day. As for Countrywide, they have no relation with Nex Day because I remember working with both companies at the same time. I went through hell with Al Amad and ended up be owed only $140. Theres some reports on Countrywide with new DBA's, so if you keep diggin for them, you might find something.

Yea we held a car and got the payment from them (Countrywide). As for Nex Day, they say 30 days but they go slightly over. Just keep up with the bond and check its status, just to be certain

I have had problems with Nex-Day also. Cars not ready, customer cancels 1 car on a 3 car delivery at the last minute and even though I have a contract that says so much $ per car for 3 cars, they tell me it's not their fault the customer canceled. Just BS !!

Anyone experiencing any more difficulties with Nex Day. I checked today and their bond is set to cancel next month and they have about 6 recent negatives.

They've got more negatives than before, no bond on the FMCSA, and just had a check bounce claiming some other company pulled money twice. Anyone else having difficulty with them?

looks like they are running with the money. last month they started receiving negatives now they are at 33 neg this month. I know 3 guys owed about 3-5k each from them and they know its not coming. they are no longer posting on central, no longer sending their load emails and bond expired. 90% of their business was 30 day so you can imagine how much money can accumulate in invoices in this industry and they havent paid anyone for over 2 months
