This is a 48 ft car hauler complete with shop and black Craftsman tool boxes and living quarters. It went to a man in CA to be used for weekend racing. Expensive toy for a hobby.

Are you getting the bug to go back out again?:)

PS. When hauling any new trailer on the ground, especially the big ones, you sure do have a lot of responsibility to get it there in pristine condition. A customer buying something like that can be real picky.

That was a long sucker to haul. I came down thru the mountains into CA and it was so foggy I couldn't see and the road was crooked as a snake and no place to get off. I was on pin and needles with that sucker.

In a way I am but just not sure at this point in my life if I would start all over again.

I remember when I first started, I did single Alum Cargo trailers, nothing longer than 31'. I hate the Black ones (new black cars also, now) they showed every little blemish. Some dealers could be a pain in the ass about picking them apart.

I still think Single pull guys have a lot of responsibility, for not enough pay in some cases.

If you ever did go back out, check out Mike's Tow and Haul rig. That is a sweet way to do RV's/Trailers. Low impact work and decent money. If some idiot does not hit his new truck, it should run for 20 years:D.
