Anyone using something for fuel purchases aside from cash or a credit?

Found a small program NASTC has with Quality Plus Network (http://www.nastc.com/v2/nastcfuelprogramP.php)

QUALITY PLUS NETWORK (QPN)
QPN is a limited network fueling program that provides trucking companies and their drivers with some of the highest quality stops available. All of the transactions are computed on a Cost Plus, Retail Minus, or Marquee price whichever is better for the trucking company at the point of sale, ensuring fair pricing to the trucking company every time. The discounts are also true discounts, Not rebates, in that they are computed Daily and Subtracted from the billing. The company never has to pay more up front and then wait months for a rebate. The Network includes many truck stops that are already company and driver favorites. The participating truck stops not only guarantee you a fair price every time you buy fuel, but provide your drivers with access to the quality they need to insure maximum comfort and productivity

I know there are others, but looking for one that is not a scam or in the end adds additional costs onto the fuel itself.

Just quickly glanced across another forum & some mentioned to be in the QPN deal you have to pay a $250 membership fee or use their drug consortium testing & attend their conference that is mentioned on their home page in Nashville, TN. No mention of what the discounts were though.

Have heard good things about these guys too!

Transportation Clearing House Fuel Card (http://www.tch.com/tchWeb/appmanager/tch/home?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=tch_portal_page_37&_subpage=1)... Seems like a good deal, but do not know the ins & outs of it.

The Fleet One Card (http://www.fleetone.com/) makes me nervous for some reason, never used it, but seems like they try to hedge you toward trouble in their terms of service. Maybe not & maybe they are good, but any info using these cards or others would be much appreciated.
