lease agreement

i have a friend that has his own equipment and wants to run under my authority. his ins company is asking him for a copy of the lease agreement. can anyone point me in the right direction to a template to use? all the ones i find on the internet are setup for an equipment lease.

I know when I was leasing at 1 time, they had to run under the companys policy (yours) insurance and nobody else. Its basically like adding another truck to your policy. Its a whole nother down payment and monthly, will need irp, ifta, etc all over again. Our lease agreement we template was off a business program that does all different type of contracts. If you would like, I can print and email/fax you a copy if you want.... And just go off that.

I dont know how else you could get that truck on your cab card if you didnt use there insurance how would you do a ms150 when i was leassed i had to run there insurance not mine i had to get bob tail insurance on my stuff

thanks for the info, they are running under my cargo and liability ins. his ins co wouldn't give them a physicall damage quote or bobtail quote on their equipment untill they had a lease agreement in hand.
