Today I stopped at a flying j and was walking to the restroom and walked past the truckers lounge and seen a room full of truckers all into watching the movie Bring it on. It was the part where they were having the cheer compitition. It's probally just me but I found this amusing. A room full of truckers watching a teeny bopper movie.

Don't blame the "Truckers".

Question is, why did the Manager at that Flyin J have that movie on in the Truckers Lounge in the first place?? :D

But, not to argue about whether it's "perverted" or not, I happen to like the "Teenie Bopper" movies that come out. Even at my age of 45. Am I drooling over Hayden Panittiere in "Bring It On 2"?? Nah.......well.....maybe.............:D, but she doesn't meet my specifics for being "Dateable". IE - over 25-30 old years and with a "Career". (School Teacher-RN-Upper Position within their Company and not just the "Secretary"-Etc) I happen to like the TB movies because they make you feel young again. Brings back memories of your youth, your teenage years, your time in High School. You know, when "Life" was FUN.

Now, do I put on dark sun glasses and a baseball cap and go see Teenie Bopper movies at the movie theatres all alone?? Nope.....That's got pervert written all over it. But if I'm surfing HBO Showtime or Cinemax and run across one, sure I watch them. Like I said, they help you re-live memories and make you laugh during a time/age in our lives when we really don't have a whole lot to actually "Laugh At". Know what I mean.;)

You are able to change the channel yourself so I wouldn't blame it on the managers. I'll watch teeny bopper movies too but it was funny seeing a bunch of truckers all into it. When I came back out of the bathroom (commercial on)they were all talking but when I walked in not one word was being said.
