I've talked to this guy, Jason I think his name was. Seemed like he's a standup guy. I booked a Cadillac that turned out to be a repo. I told him I didn't do repos but would do it since I had agreed to before I knew it was.

Well, it turned out that 2 of my "lease returns" from ATC going to the Chicago (the cadi's location) were REPOS and NOT lease returns. The repo yard (as is typical) wouldn't let me have them without the standard: "We need 24 hours notice, a blood sample, and 3 small animal sacrifices... (any combination of chickens and goats will suffice) Oh, and we are only here for pickups between 11:30 and 2:00..."

The repo yard's "cooperation" reaffirmed my position on repos and I cancelled the whole works. I called him and let him know and he was very understanding. Tried to get me to put something else together and get it anyway, even tried to see if HE had something to help me get up there. In the end we couldn't put anything together and I didn't work with them on that one, but wouldn't hesitate to call him again..

Repo's are a pain in the A$$. The repo yards dont make it easy because the longer the car sits in there yard the more money they make and most of them are $ blood sucking vampires.
