Avatar help

Cant seem to load a avatar. I have no options. Can a admin unlock this option for me so I can have a avatar, or am I just stupid and doing something wrong???

Any suggestions out there on the forum? Mine is locked also.

Mine is fixed. Dont know if it was a admin or if the server had to catch up to if??? Anywho, all I did was upload the profile picture, and you see that pic when you click on a persons name. Then a couple days later, I noticed it on my avatar part. i went to look a the avater setting, and it wasnt locked and I had the option to remove it now. hmmm, pretty weird.

forum seems pretty buggy on a few things or alot of settings got switched accidently over an update or something. who knows.......

I can't uncheck the bullet that disables avatar loading.

yes , there should be option to disable avatar for slow connections
