So I just got a call from a broker that we moved 2 vehicles for which were delivered back on 6/16/10. The crazy customer called him thismorning at 4:45 am claiming that the driver (Coop) took her new tires off her vehicle and swapped them with old tires. WTF???? What is wrong with people!!!! 2 weeks later this crazy beotch THINKS she notices her tires are different. Maybe she was having a bad dream?? or she's just F-ing NUTS??? Atleast the broker thinks she's nuts too. She wants to try to file a claim against our insurance. TOO BAD SO SAD. Guess she should have read the BOL before she signed it!!!!!

UPDATE. The customer called me all mad. After our first conversation not going so well she called back and apologized. Whatever?? I guess she realized we aren't crooks or the fast one she was trying to pull wasn't gonna work. Whatever the case she is off my back now. Oh yeah. The reason she noticed that the tires were bad is because she went to Sears to by snowtires and they told her the tires on her SUV were bad. Who the hell buys snow tires this time of year. I know I live in Fl and don't know the first thing about snowtires but I didn't think you needed them in June.

Sounds to me like when you didn't roll right over and offer to pay the "claim" she thought the better of it. I haven't heard of people even buying snow tires for a long time, particularly not in June. Sounds like BS to me.
Good for you for refusing...
Stay safe out there.
