Everybody knows about the site transportreviews.com right? Is there anyone on here that can build a site like that, but for the carriers to rate the brokerage? I guarantee the customers would take notice & it is something as a carrier I would subscribe to.
Here is my long standing issue, a brokerage w/o ethics can lie their butt off to a customer, claiming your truck broke down or what not to justify their low a** bid & worthless promises are why the vehicle has not moved. Yet you cannot express your opionion back of them or even in general. WTH?

Can we, the auto transporter, submit a review?
Auto transport companies may not use TransportReviews.com in order to submit reviews, even if at the request of the customer.
Given this there are two natural questions and concerns:
How do companies get good reviews posted? Well, rated companies make it a point to get their customers to post reviews. It is part of their business model. They quote, get orders, move cars and then get customers to post reviews. The feedback of your customers is one of the most important parts of transporting a vehicle, second only to acting on the feedback to make improvements.
This isn't fair! If there is one thing it is, it is fair. Every company on the site has to deal with this rule. No one gets special treatment. The only people who can post a review, good or bad, are customers. Many companies manage to get happy customers to post reviews. Call some of those companies and ask them why they have a good ranking, ask them how they do it. Chances are they can offer you valuable experience and help in getting your satisfied customers to post a review.
Just read a review of a broker who tagged a customers credit card for $200, quoted the pay to the carrier at $180 COD & did not get the car moved. They also will not(as of yet) return the deposit.
The only way prices to the trucks will increase is when brokerages of this nature are exposed for how they do business.
Also to note, I do not believe all brokerages are like what is noted above, however there is getting to be a high enough percentage of them that something needs to be done!
