100% rated dealer (kind've). Booked one for 4-20, show up at facility to pickup their's & 2 others. Sir that car was picked up last night (4-19), nice. I ask to have a copy of the pullout request & they give me one. Call them ask them were the car is she says its there, nope. I call the delivery place & he says he had it picked up yesterday (the delivery place & dealer are all the same family). Anyways the dispatch lady calls back & says ya they picked it up last night sorry, I said yup me too because your 100% rating is gonna be gone, have a nice day. Give a neg. of course they give me a neg. back not knowing that I have the pullout request from a different carrier for proof. Give Central all my stuff & they fixed my rating & left their neg. on. This happens all the time with the dealers & brokers in Detroit. I know the seasoned guys know this but you newbies pay attention. There are very few honest people out there in this business.
