If any of you need any 3rd gen ac parts like compressors, condensors, dryers, lines, etc, Call Ellis's Country Auto in Aurora, Utah. 1-888-832-2108 Aurora is beside Salina, Utah on I70 west of Green River.

They have 358 new ac systems available. Less now, thats what they started with.

Parts have less than 20 miles on them, and were sealed with plugs and caps when removed.

The mines bought 358, 2007-2009 5.9 dodge trucks. The mine wanted all the air bags, and ac systems removed. This place removed them. They are a wrecking yard.

I will be stopping by the place on friday if I can make it in time before they close.

For 300 bucks I can get a new takeoff compressor, condenser, dryer and orfice tube.

Napa wants 500 for a rebuilt compressor, 100 for a dryer and orfice tube. Now I can replace my beat up condenser too.

They will ship anywhere, so call em if you need ac parts. Mine broke last fall. Gotta have ac soon!

Stopped by the place today. Sure enough, he had over 100 new take off compressors on shelves. Prolly had 100 condensers and hoses too.

I got a new condenser, compressor, dryer and complete set of hoses/lines for 291 bucks. I will pretty much have en entirely new ac system for about 400 after I have it charged, hell of a deal. A rebuilt compresssor from Napa is 500 alone!

They had several new 2009 5.9 powered, not 6.7 dodge trucks there too.

They are used underground and have 20 mph govenors on em.

They have a air compressor to fill an air tank where the ac once was mounted.

They are specially built trucks from dodge and are emission spec'd for underground use. Just recently MSHA passed the 6.7 cummins engine emissions, so now they will be getting some 6.7 engines finally. No dpf's, they have a unique exhaust system I couldnt explain. Its sealed from sparks and fire from the engine. The trucks are made to not spark an underground explosion.

The trucks are stripped of there rear bumpers, tailgate, ac systems, fan clutch and air bags.

The fan clutches are all presold to several dodge dealers. I wanted one. but he wouldnt sell me one.

The trucks are 2 wheel drive crew cab shortbeds. The bed is turned into a seating area for workers.

The local mine is a coal mine. It has 12 miles of underground roads these trucks are used in.

This wrecking yard preps all of the trucks for all the mines in the US. He said they have been doing them several years and will continue to do the preps into the future.

So if any of you need gen 3 dodge parts listed above, this place will treat you good. Real nice guys to deal with. Get a new ac system for a hell of a price!

Good find, my ac took a crap last fall too. Now so did my fan on low and the selector door.

Would highly recommend the metal heater doors. My heater now works better than factory. Prolly need a new resistor. Check rock auto.com They are located in Madison, Wi.
