Mine started leaking. Just a little, but enough to make the windows fog.

Anyway I put 2 bottles of bars stop leak in and it sealed it.

I was in north dakota and heading for red deer, ab.

Made it up and back to montana. Now I have a trip to denver so I can get my truck home and rip out the dash and fix it. I have some broken doors in my heater box and will fix those two.

Wont be home for 4-5 days yet so I hope the stop leak keeps working.

Will post pics of the entire job for you all so when it happens you might have a chance at seeing what the job takes before paying a dealer 12-1500 for the repair.

Stay tuned!

Bars leak is some good stuff, I had a water pump leaking on a 302 Ford motor and put it in and it never leaked again.

I have a broken door too, can't wait to see the pics before I tackle mine. Then I have to fix the AC before summer..

Yea my ac is shot too. The clutch bearing is bad. I converted it to non ac last fall. Will be doing a new compressor, dryer and orfice tube next month. There goes another good 750..

I think I have more than one broken door. The floor outlet blows cool and I think the door that closes off the ac side is partially broke. My heat aint near as hot as it used to be. Im getting some cold air mixed in with the heat.

The worst thing about these dodges is the hvac system. Its garbage.

The door that's broken on mine is the one that controls where the heat goes. I just kind of get air out of all vents. Then when you try and change it you hear that snap and pop noise.

I have not diagnosed my AC yet, in the fall one day it just quit. I think I may have sprung a leak.
