This is what I help build & race when I'm home. Had a big race this weekend and all the sleds in the final where built at my friends performance shop.Set a new record in the 1\8th mile at 5.16 at 130 mph. These run in the King of Trail class. Which means it must make a trail ride and have all the factory stuff but any power adder goes. These few have turbos & are run at 20 to 30 pounds of boost in a 1 liter motor.

Man if I didn't HATE the cold so much I'd buy another sled. Last time I rode was up in your neck of the woods in Cadillac. Those are a far cry from the SRV and XLT I rode.

Ya, there fun. I weigh to much to race them at the big races 230lbs compared to 135lb rider is .2 of a second. Keep in mind the 5.16 was on a trail worthy sled with race fuel. The promod outlaw class (anything goes, must use factory plastic, one power adder) record was crushed this weekend by another team. 4.47@ 151mph, my friend runs in this class and came up a bit short with a 4.51@ 150. Them things are nuts.

I've been going to the Big Horns in Wyoming every year since 95. There is nothing like riding in 3-4 ft of powder. You will like Revy. They average 6-800 inches of snow a year.

I can't wait. I'll be buying the extra insurance on the sled for sure (damn flatlanders). I love hillclimbing & we sure don't have nothing like that in Michigan. Kind've over the 100 mph through the trails thing. More into the powder & hill climbing through the trees up around Grand Marais, Mi.

When you get there, make sure you keep everything locked up real good. They will steal your whole rig. Truck and trailer. They have lots of trouble with theft at Revy.

There are a lot of good places to run out west but remember, no brakes going down powdered hills, I have an idiot for a brother that wrecked his sled thinking he could stop downhill

I don't talk to him anymore

Also if you've never been, Canada has some awesome trails, when I was there we ran into the ranger, he said they run 700 groomers 24/7 ??? thats what I remember....

trails were flat as cement, not midwest beat up, they also groom them in some areas with snow piled in the center to create two lane traffic

Atleast thats what it was when I went there
