Wanted: 3/4 car trailer

I've gotta have something quickly. It's got to be a 53/102 trailer, prefer tandem duals under it, but not being picky. I'm loosing way too much money every week without it. I've given in and I'll buy something cheap till I can build another money maker.

Looking to buy/lease/lease to own. If someone out there has something, let me know.

What's it need? 3 axles, 6 tires, all new wiring and lights?? Hows the hydraulic system?

Heres the lowdown.

It will need 7 tires. All new brakes depending on which way you wanna go. 2 axles, but if you can weld a spindle on thats all the problem is, I do have the 2 other axles but it wears tires on 1 side and the other was worse but same idea. Just needs an alignment or reweld the spindles if possible. It has crap stock lighting system but pretty sure all work. Wiring is perfect from 7 pin to brakes. Hydralics worked last I remember with lifts, needs pump maintaince though. Trailer has surface rust but so did mine and you saw how good that looks for 3 gallons. But newer dot tape is there and not necessary. No winch, no battery.

Heres the bad part maybe. Dovetail on passenger side about starts where tires are bends down lower about a few inches. Cant find any cracks and was getting worse over time. Might be simple fix might not. I can take pics if you want. Im guessing on price too. maybe higher maybe lower. Put some numbers together and I will get a hold of guy but I think now its basicallly trash to him as his dually is now gone. Nice little cash now might just say yes to anything possibly.

Overall suspension and everything works and does the job. My problem was the dovetail was getting lower overtime and on heavier loads it sometimes rubbed the deck on passenger side.

Oh, and the rims are all differernt, or some of them.

If the hydraulic system worked properly, it would be worth 2500 to me. by the time i get it back here, put 3 axles and tires and lights and paint and stiffen the rear end, ill have plenty into it.

Going to look at a cheapie Kaufman in Wisconsin tomorrow. We'll see how that pans out.

HA HA Ron :) Damn branch. Atleast it fell on the trailer and not on a car. You saw it in person so you know what it looks like. I'm gonna give the owner a ring tomorrow. I know he wanted way too much a year or so ago when we thought about buying it. He hasn't even seen the trailer in over a year...atleast. He will probably want way more for it than anyone is willing to pay. Looks like it's gonna be a sitting in my yard a little longer... rent free cause I'm so damn nice :) I will let everyone know what he says tomorrow.

Perhaps telling him the landlord is demanding that it go, or else he is going to make you start paying... I dunno $100 a month extra rent.

I really don't think that style of trailer is right for the way I do business. Add to it that this one is a bit of a basket case (missing axles and winches and such) and it makes me seem like a cheap bastard...
