I am sick and tired of people coming on these forums and spouting off about crap they no nothing about and trying to run under the radar, illegally!! I've spent more than 25 years learning this business and the laws that we are required to follow and then to have some arrogant jackass come along and want to run illegal and at the same time, cut rates and make the rest of us look bad. Then they bitch about the government trying to "stop them from earning a living". These laws are in place BECAUSE of these assholes who try to do this illegally and then go out there and try to screw some hard working guy out of a job or worse yet, kill somebody!! I say GO AWAY and find an easier way to make a living!! WE DON'T NEED YOU!!!

Buster I agree 100%! I am in the process of getting set up right now. Sure it is a lot of things to get in order and accomplish but it is mandatory and if you are going to make this a career you should WANT to do it the right way. It's your business and livelyhood. It is no different than going into any profession and getting the required certification. We wouldn't want to see a doctor who didn't have the required licensing to practice medicine? I know this is an extreme example but same principal. I don't get it. wtf
