Nex Day auto seems to have moved to a new location
Nex day transport new address
164 avenida granda
san clemente california 92672
The address may not say Nex day, maybe more like Reliable auto transport 949-481-6016 They have new ad material in the new buisness name located in San Clemente California
Nex Day latest reviews on Central had over 80 negatives for non payment. Im finding out they may be dumping Nex Day and reopening under a new name
Public records show owners of Nex Day are
Bobby mc Gee
Julie Mcgee
Chris nadler, bobbys step brother
So if your looking to collect the money owed to you , I hope this helps
Also Baxter Bailey is a good avenue to collect
Here are some pics, The yellow truck is Bobby Mcgees Nex Day. The bottom of the drivers door of the truck has the MC # 456392 of Nex Day Auto Transport, The escalade not sure of the owner. Also this is a pic of Bobby mcgees residence. The other side of the structure overlooks the ocean. So those that have not been paid possibly the money your owed is making Bobby mcgees house payment. The beige building is the new office that they are operating out of. Those stairs going up and the windows 2nd story right next to the stairs is the office where I ran into Chris Nadler. Also there is a pic of Bobby

the 164 avenida address is good, went there and found chris nadler and new buisness letterhead reliable auto transport 949-481-6016. Told chris we have court on the 2nd and tell bobby not to be late. Also went by bobbys mcgees house 104 calle patricia apt91c, san clemente, bobbys would not answer the door, his yellow ford f350 dually was parked on the street, If your still owed money from nex day you should start with these two, they are both listd as owners of nex day and now starting again under the name reliable auto transport in san clemente ca, hope that helps get your $$$$

How did you make out in court?
Went to court on the 2nd, Nex day did not show up even though I told them personally when i stopped by the office. The Judge ruled in my favor plus cost. So now I proceed , just waitting on the judgement papers to come from the california court so I can move onto my next step.

I know you are not the only one that sued them. I know a lot of guys they owe money to. But if nexday files bk or even shuts down as it has it is now worthless. I know their bond expired and accounts empty and it has no assets and it was def either a llc or a corp so bobby should be protected from being sued unless you have a lawyer break it. How are you going to get any money from the judgement? I am just curious what your options are.

Thats what I was thinking too. I'm sure the old corp or llc has no assets or funds. But hey if you can make there life a little bit miserable and expose them to others, that may be the only "type" of payment you get. So enjoy it.

Most of the time money from the old corp is used to start the new one. In this case it is fairy obvious that they built up the cash for the new start-up by not paying autocaddy and many others like him. He should have a great case against the new corp on that basis. The goal is to get Bobby to pay. He probably cannot pay all of his creditors and still do the startup. He probably can pay a few of the most persistent if he judges them to be detrimental to the success of the new enterprise. I say file against his new bond and then offer to settle before you rack up a bunch of lawyer fees. The lawyers fees could make settlement much harder.

If you file on the new bond for a different company nothing will happen the bond is on the new company. If you want to sue the new company there would have to be a hearing to determine if you even have grounds to sue. All he has to say is the business entity became insolvent and couldn't pay the bills and was forced to close while he started the new company with his savings. He legally doesn't owe the money to anyone nex day does. I hope you get something from them I really do but in similar previous situations there was no recourse.

Just an FYI for those that use some load boards and Central Dispatch
There is a company that has started to rack up some negative ratings on central dispatch pretty quickly called Big Blue Transport in Sunland California
The reason I posted that on this thread is Big Blue Transport used to have Nex Day listed on their business reference
Big Blue Transport is hosted by Gowebguygo hosting. Gowebguygo and Chris Nadler ( Nex Day Transport) are linked if your search deep enough
Big Blue transport is located very close to nex day location
Other sites that you should look at to see simuliar gotruckgo.com, transporttalk.com. gomovego.com
gomotorcyclego.com, alpineautotransport.com( not the one in utah). pacificautodelivery.com, dont know if there is a relationship here but they have simular templates. Also google 800-579-1523 see what sites come up .
Over the last several months I have found alot about Nex Day and have forwarded it to the FMCSA field office in Sacramento. If you still have BOL ladings owed to you from Nex Day you may want to call the FMSCA and forward the BOL , they asked for mine.
Also the Nex Day information I had sent to Senator Oympia Snowe, she is the one that wrote the Bill that wants to increase Brokers Bond to 100k. Snowe is a Senator in ME
The above my just be a coincedence so do your own searchs and see what you come up with.

Mike at gotruckgo says that Chris did move back to Calif but is still a part of gotruckgo and a host of other associated web sites but not a part of Nex-day.
He might have been splitting office space with his brother??

GOTRUCKGO.COM IS A SCAM
I work as an independent contractor for a transport company. He managed to take the information off Central at the time when my private cell # was listed. Now he calls us selling us leads.
YOU want to get in touch with someone- Call 417-991-2263 MIKE. He has something to do with this mess.
I am begging to have our info off his website but he says he is doing us a favor for advertising. LIAR, he uses this great company name then adds his number in as contact. SCAMMER and LIAR.
